1.Train traditional healers with traditional knowledges, customs and cultures.

2.Providing education on environmental conservation and environmental cleanliness.

3.Equipping traditional healers with skills and development in traditional medicine and offer qualifications in traditional medicine.

4.Engaging them in business through the production of traditional medicine products.

6.Conducting researches to prove that traditional medicines and spiritual alignments can treat and heal patients

5.Enquiring the necessary procedures to be followed for traditional medicine to be accepted in hospitals and clinics.

6.The required steps to ensure that patients in hospitals can receive spiritual treatment, as some ailments stem from spiritual issues.

7.Basic health training for tradtional healers in how to conduct tests for diseases such as diabetes, HIV, AIDS, and pregnancy.

8.Professionalism in conducting a health consultation and treatment to patients in thier practices places.

9.Enhancing their understanding of appropriate behavior as healers, maintaining hygiene in their practices, and upholding the truth in their work.

10. Prescription and control of dosage of Traditional medicine that do not conflict with the Western medication.

11. Issuing of sick note/letter validating sick leave from official duties.

12. Provide awareness about spiritual illness in workplaces.
